Master Controller

The Master Controller Reverse Cycle Defrost (MCRCD) system is one of our electronic controller systems for our walk-in freezers and refrigerators. This type of system is used to increase food safety, as it ensures peak freshness of product by maintaining the same cool temperatures from day one. Sometimes when a freezer works hard to keep a consistently cold temperature, there can be ice build up on the evaporator coils leading your freezer to work overtime, and sometimes causing the temperature to be unstable and uneven. Our controller systems work to defrost those coils from the inside out, clearing the ice blockage in a quick and efficient manner. In comparison to a defrost heater, frost build up is removed swiftly, saving energy costs and increasing food safety.
