With this new design, we prefer to use foam rails as opposed to the old design which uses wood. There are extensive amounts of benefits! Wood does not keep its structural integrity once exposed to extremely cold temperatures, and become wet. At World Food Equipment, we design your unit with highly efficient panel construction, cam lock mechanisms and tongue and groove designs.

Panel Construction

For our panel construction, we use polyurethane insulation between every panel on the interior and exterior of your unit. We foam them in place to achieve the most optimal insulation there is on the market. This is also a better alternative in regards to cost effectiveness, ultimately achieving a higher quality insulation, with highly efficient properties at a lower cost.
